Sailfest Service Update: Beginning after 3 PM on Friday, July 8, SEAT routes serving New London will not be able to serve Water Street, and will connect at NSA Shopping Center. On Saturday, July 9, the buses will shift to NSA Shopping Center beginning at 9 AM for the remainder of the service day. Please note that State, Water, Bank, Tilley and Howard Streets will be closed and neither SEAT buses nor Smart Ride will be able to serve them. Routes 1, 2 and 108 will be unable to serve Water Street at this time and will arrive/depart from NSA Shopping Center. Local New London routes are modified as follows:
